Collectors from Berlin and Brandenburg:
Every new Tattoo project (except for very small designs) requires a preliminary discussion with one of our Tattoo artists in person, a Consultation Appointment. To set up a consultation appointment please call to the studio » +49 (0)30 88 53 71 23 or write us to email@example.com Of course You could always come to the studio and meet our crew in person. If you have sketches, drawings, photos etc. or any other references related to your tattoo project, don’t forget to bring them with You – it may save a lot of time for both – You and Your artist. On your consultation appointment You can tell directly to your artist about your ideas and/or show your references. This will allow your artist to make sketches on the spot, make notes, explain to you various technical nuances, share ideas, inspire You or give a valuable advise. As soon as the idea/project, it’s volume, color range, complexity etc., in other words: “amount of work” is clear to the artist, we can estimate the price, set a tattooing appointment for You, and eventually start designing, drawing and developing your idea, if necessary.
Every appointment requires a deposit from 100-200€. For projects of a larger nature, the deposit is calculated individually (up to 30% of the end cost). Your deposit will be included into the final price. This is not to bother You, but to make sure that You understand and appreciate our time commitment. Please understand that drawing, designing, developing the idea, for each tattoo is our standart procedure. Those are critical and demanding stages, and our artists put a lot of effort in each project. If for some reason you would like to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible, and at least 48 working hours before your tattooing appointment, otherwise You will lose your deposit. If You are late for your appointment we will neither be able to tattoo You nor to refund your deposit.
Your health is paramount in our studio, accept nothing less. If you have a medical condition (e.g. diabetes, epilepsy, heart condition etc.), let the artist know before undergoing tattooing. Please don’t ignore personal hygiene when you get tattooed.
» NOTE: If You are on limited budget, please let us know before your artist proceeds with the designing and developing your Tattoo idea.
We strongly recomend You to read our FAQ-Frequently Asked Questions page for additional information.
» International Collectors:
Please organize all the references/photos/sketches in one folder or ZIP file, and send them to firstname.lastname@example.org Provide full and detailed description of your idea, including placement on the body, size, colors etc. After you transfer the deposit, via regular or international bank transfer, the artist can start working on your project. For our international guests we offer a possibility to discuss project details with one of our artists via Phone, Online chat or E-mail, at scheduled time.
For our new customers:
During at least 2 weeks before your tattooing appointment, take extra care of your skin. Skin peeling (especially for back and spine cord area), 1-2 times a week, depending on your skin condition. Moisturizing your skin with natural lotions, cream and oils. » NOTE: DO NOT apply any body lotion or cream on the area of the skin, where You are going to be tattooed on that day. Every time when in shower, gently scrub your skin with rough sponge, just enough to stimulate the blood circulation and skin cells renewal.
(by the way, in order to keep your skin in its best condition, and doing this on a regular basis wont hurt at all, but not during the healing time!)This will make the whole tattooing process much easier and faster, thus, with less pain. Clean and soft skin will allow easier penetration of the needle with less pain, as well as better reception of a pigment during healing process. » NOTE: Avoid sunbathing for at least 7 days prior to your tattooing appointment. DO NOT expose to direct sunlight any area of your skin , which was planned for tattooing, shortly prior to your tattooing appointment.
